1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VooVuu web directory service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the service.

2. The VooVuu Service

VooVuu is an intelligent web directory that indexes and categorizes publicly available information from websites primarily associated with specific national Top-Level Domains (TLDs). We provide this aggregated information for general informational and navigational purposes only.

3. Content and Data Accuracy

The core content of the VooVuu directory is derived from publicly scraped data and processed by our AI categorization system. We do not control or verify the accuracy, legality, or safety of the content on third-party websites listed in our directory. You acknowledge and agree that:

• VooVuu is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the data collected from public sources.
• VooVuu is not responsible for the availability or content of external sites linked through our directory.
• We own the unique aggregation, categorization, and presentation of the scraped data, but not the original public content itself.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a user of the service, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools or scripts for systematic and excessive data extraction (scraping the VooVuu directory itself), except for standard web crawlers approved by VooVuu.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the VooVuu service or security features.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the VooVuu website (including but not limited to software, AI categorization models, and proprietary data structures) are the exclusive property of VooVuu and are protected by international copyright laws. Your use of the directory grants you no rights to this intellectual property.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the service, or the accuracy of the aggregated information. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VooVuu, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia (EU), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
